Description

This is an early 19th-century range of red brick houses, numbered 66 to 76, on Longbrook Street in Exeter. The houses are two storeys high, each with two sash windows, a parapet, and a slate roof. Each house originally had a round-headed doorway. Numbers 68 and 74 have later Victorian two-storey bay windows added. Number 70 has a matching third storey which was added in the early 19th century. The buildings retain cornices and parapets, and some remain in their original condition, while others have been altered.
