Description

No. 68 High Street is a three-storey building, likely constructed between 1840 and 1850. It features a three-window stucco front with arched windows and a continuous cast iron balcony on the first floor. The ground floor is rusticated and does not have glazing bars on the tied windows. The entrance is framed by a Tuscan doorcase and has a radial bar fanlight above it. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 68 and 72 to 78 (even).
