Description

The King's Arms is an 18th-century building with later alterations. It is a two-story structure with three three-light casement windows on the first floor, each featuring a cambered head. A central entrance is flanked by splayed bays on either side. The building is constructed of brick and has a steep slate roof, which is limewashed. A carriage way is located under the building on the left side, with a flush frame sash window at the first floor above, featuring glazing bars. The building forms part of a group with numbers 38 to 62 (even) on the High Street.
