Description

Cathole Farm House is a farmhouse dating from the 17th or 18th century. It is constructed of colourwashed stone rubble and features a slate roof with gabled ends. The building has two storeys and a range of three to four windows, which are three-light casements with glazing bars. A central wide plank door leads to a cross passage. There is a byre at the lower west end, which is now part of the house. An extension from the early 19th century is located at the east end, and the house has brick ridge chimney stacks.
