Description
The Three Horseshoes Public House is a building that dates from the 17th and 18th centuries and is now a house as of May 1985. It is constructed from colourwashed limestone rubble and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and consists of five bays, with a through carriageway in the central bay that is slightly set forward and includes an arch with boarded doors. To the right, there is a recessed flush door. The windows are varied late 19th century designs, with configurations of 2, 3, and 4 lights, and they include lights over transoms with small panes. The eaves are adorned with brick dentils. There are two stacks flanking the central entry, with the stack on the right positioned on the forward slope of the roof. Additionally, there is a bracketed inn sign.
