Description

The granary at Bishopdown Farm is a building from the mid-18th century. It features weatherboarding on a timber frame and has a tiled quarter-hipped roof supported by staddlestones. The structure consists of five bays with a north aisle. At the eaves level, there are round-arched pigeon holes, and the front has central double doors. On the north side, there is a tiled quarter-hipped porch with double doors. Inside, there is an upper floor in the center bay. The roof trusses include jowled main posts, straight bracing to the tie-beam, and angle struts to the collar.
