Description

Little Lilacs is a house from the early 19th century, featuring Flemish brickwork set on a painted plinth and a slated roof. The building is two stories high and has three bays, with a stack located in the first bay. It has 16-pane sash windows, each with painted stone lintels and sills. The entrance door is off-center and consists of five panels, topped with a rectangular fanlight and a bracketed canopy. There is a canted bay window in the third bay, which includes sashes with margin glazing and moulded billet eaves.
