Description
This is a terrace of seven houses, numbered 112 to 118, located on London Road. They were built in 1830. The buildings are constructed of stuccoed brick, with a Welsh slate roof featuring gabled ends. The terrace has brick axial stacks topped with square yellow clay pots.
The architectural design is symmetrical, with a curved front elevation facing the northeast towards the street. The terrace is two stories tall with an attic level and has 14 windows across the front. The windows are 19th-century sash windows, with 16 panes to most, and 12 panes above the doorways. The doorways are round-headed and feature semi-circular fanlights with radiating glazing bars, and have flush-panel doors. Numbers 112 and 118 have pilastered doorcases with entablatures, rectangular overlights, and flush-panel doors. A datestone inscribed with "1830" is located on the southeast end gable. The interiors have not been inspected.
