Description

This is a mid-19th century building on London Road. It is constructed of red brick with yellow brick dressings, including decorative oblong panels between floors and lozenges between windows. The roof is slate, hipped, with red brick stacks featuring yellow brick courses. The building is three storeys high and has a yellow brick eaves cornice with alternating red brick headers. It has three ranges of sash windows with glazing bars. The front door features six flush panels and an oblong fanlight. The building forms a group with numbers 9 to 12 (inclusive), the Five Alls Public House, stables, and coach house, and numbers 14 to 23 (inclusive).
