Description

Breakpools is a late 17th-century building that originally consisted of two cottages but has been converted into one house. It is constructed from limestone rubble and features a stone slate roof. The house is one storey high with an attic and has five window bays. The entrance is located between the fourth and fifth bays and is set within a gabled porch. There is a blocked door in the second bay. The windows are leaded timber casements with timber lintels, and there are flush gabled dormers on the first floor. There is a stack in the third bay and another at the right gable. Additionally, there is a large 20th-century extension at the rear on the right.
