Description

This is an 18th-century shop located on the west side of High Street in Cricklade. The front is rendered and lined to look like ashlar, with a Welsh slate roof. It is two storeys high and originally had two bays, although the ground floor now features a 20th-century shopfront. The upper windows retain their original twelve-pane sashes, which are set within raised, moulded architraves with concealed boxes. Raised quoins are visible, and the windows have bullnosed sills. The eaves are coved and moulded. At the rear is a long timber-framed range with a jetty to the first floor.
