Description
Grey Barn is a house dating from the late 17th century, with a datestone of 1692 found in a nearby outbuilding, which is not included in this listing. The building has been altered in the 19th century and restored in the 20th century. It is constructed of rubble with a tiled roof and features one storey and attics beneath stone gables. The house has four bays and includes 20th-century two-light casement windows. A central 20th-century door is flanked by a projecting stone porch. At the east end, there is a projecting wing from the 19th century. Inside, the barn features stop-chamfered beams and a large ashlar fireplace.
