Description

Hill View Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse, built as part of a larger remodelling of the Fust Estate. It is constructed of brick with a rubble plinth, and has a double Roman tile roof surmounted by brick gable stacks. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has three windows, all of which are two-light casements with flat-gauged brick heads. A central trellis porch provides access via a four-panelled door, sheltered by a triangular hood supported on shaped brackets. The rear elevation mirrors the front, without the porch. A single-storey lean-to addition at the north end has a door and two windows, matching those on the front facade. The interior features a simple staircase and window shutters.
