Description

This is a two-storey house dated 1797, located on the south side of Horse Street, Sodbury. The house is constructed of painted rubble with a modern tiled roof. It has two windows. The ground floor windows are 2-light wooden casements. A flat stone hood is supported by brackets above the doorway. A datestone, shaped like a lozenge and inscribed "T 1797 M," is positioned at first floor level, alongside carved tools representing a mason's craft. A fire insurance disc is also present.
