Farmhouse. Mid C19 and later alterations. Coursed rubble, rendered at sides and rear, limestone dressings, slate roof with raised coped verges and kneelers to front gable and gable stacks with diagonal brick chimneys, pantiled at rear. Asymmetrical composition, Tudor Gothic. 2 storeys, entrance block broken forward to left and gabled wing to right, 1:1:1 windows, all 2 and 4-light casements with round heads to panes, 1st floor left has drip mould with mask stops, ground centre has flat splayed head with keystone, 1st floor central oriel in plain frame on brackets, ground and 1st floor right have hood mould, quatrefoil window in gable, door to left in chamfered Tudor arch with drip mould, cornice and parapet to left block; east side has 3 windows, including 2 cross windows at 1st floor right and centre, double door to left, west side has trefoil-head single light in moulded surround at ground floor. Rear extended to form small courtyard, random windows including chamfered cross windows and C20 windows. Interior: cornices, dado rails, 6-panelled doors with panelled cheeks and soffits, dog-leg open string stair. Built by the Cann-Lippincott family as a model farm after the former farmhouse was destroyed by fire.
