Description

Elm Tree Farmhouse is a house likely dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of brick with ashlar dressings, with a gable-ended form, tiled roof, stone copings, and brick end stacks. The house is two storeys and has an attic, with five bays. It has 2-light stone mullioned windows with beaded margins. The central doorway has a moulded stone surround and a four-centred arched lintel, with a gabled brick porch attached. To the right of the house are two ranges of brick outbuildings, likely dating from the early 19th century, with tiled, gable-ended roofs.
