Description
The Leaze, located on Dean's Court Lane, appears to have been converted from farm buildings, originally part of a longer range as indicated on early maps. The conversion likely took place in the 19th century. The building features brick walls, slate roofs, and brick chimney stacks, and stands two storeys tall. The ground floor has ledged doors with projecting timber porches, while both the ground and first floors have casement windows. There are signs of a tall bricked-up opening in the front wall, with stone walling below, which likely indicates evidence of the original building. At the rear, there is a single-storey lean-to.
