Description

Harvey's Farmhouse is a house that likely has origins from the late 18th century, with a main range added in the mid-19th century. The building features banded flint and brick walls topped with gable-ended slate roofs and has brick stacks at either end. The main range is symmetrical, consisting of two storeys and three windows, with a service wing from the 18th century located to the north. The windows are three-light sashes with glazing bars, and there is a central door framed by a wooden surround and a pediment. The 18th-century wing includes cast-iron casements with leaded lights. Inside, notable features include an open fireplace with a chamfered bressummer that has a raised centre.
