Description

No. 213 Wakeham is a house in a row, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed from very large squared coursed stone blocks and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a single window on the front. The windows are 12-pane replacement sashes, and to the left, there is a 20th-century door set in a stone-cheeked porch with a flat slab roof. A small roof light is present, and there is a brick stack on the right side. The coursed blockwork ends at a straight joint at the party wall to the left, where the ends of the stone courses are visible.
