Description
Manor House is a country house dating from the 16th century, with significant rebuilding completed in 1889. It is constructed of coursed, squared rubble and features a stone slate roof with gable ends and stacks positioned in various locations. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a total of four bays. The stone mullioned windows consist of four lights on the first two storeys, while the porch and gabled dormers have three lights. A projecting two-storey porch is located in the third bay from the left. There is a 19th-century external stack to the left of the porch, which includes a possibly medieval head corbel that has been reset. Additionally, a reset medieval figure of a woman in flowing robes can be found on the west end wall. Inside, there is a 16th-century plaster frieze located in the west end of the south range.
