Description

The Trooper Inn is a public house, possibly originally a house, dating from the mid 19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a tiled, gable-ended roof with brick stacks at either end. The building has two storeys and a three-window range, with openings set under segmental brick arches. The windows are three-light casements with horizontal glazing bars, except for the central window on the upper floor, which is a similar two-light window. The entrance has a 20th-century part-glazed door. This building is included for its group value.
