Description
The entrance gates and piers to Kingston Lacy, located next to Blandford Lodge, were likely built around 1912. They feature a pair of stone rusticated piers topped with moulded caps and ball finials. Each pier is adorned with the carved coats of arms of the Bankes family. The gates themselves are made of ornamental wrought iron, showcasing intricate scrollwork cresting.
