Description
Nos 1, 3, and 5 Benlease Way, formerly Belle Vue Lane, are a group of three buildings that were likely converted from a range of farm buildings, evidenced by plans dated 1877. They are constructed of Purbeck stone walls with stone roofs, and have brick stacks, one of which is rendered. The buildings are two storeys high. On the ground floor, there's evidence of large, built-up openings and one blocked window on the first floor. No 1 features a ledged door with a glazed panel, a casement window with glazing bars on the ground floor, and a modern window on the first floor. No 3 has a partly-glazed ledged door and casement windows on both ground and first floors. No 5 has a ledged door and modern windows on both floors. The interior of No 3 contains two stone fireplaces.
