A farmhouse dating from the late 18th or early 19th century, located in Lower Bryanston. The walls are rendered to resemble ashlar, and the building has a low-pitched slate roof. The design is in an L-shape, with two storeys and attic space, featuring a five-window front. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. A central doorway is emphasised by a projecting porch. The entrance has panelled doors. Internal features, as documented by the Royal Commission on Historical Monuments (RCHM), include one room with 18th-century fielded oak panelling, moulded skirtings, and oak cornices.
