Description

The wall and piers to No 23, located on the west side of White Cliff Mill Street, are constructed with a dwarf wall made of stone. At either end of the wall, there are plain brick piers topped with stone capping. Additionally, there are short sections of higher red brick wall flanking the piers. The railings that were once part of the dwarf wall have been removed. This structure, along with Nos 21 to 31 (odd) and Deer Park Lodge, forms a cohesive group.
