Description
This is an 18th-century building on Folly Mill Lane. It has a rendered front facade, behind which lies hammer-dressed stone. The roof is pitched and slate, with a half-hipped eastern end and a modern brick chimney stack. The building is two storeys high. It features three ranges of modern steel casement windows, and a modern door within a modern porch.
