Description

This is an 18th and 19th century terrace of thirteen cottages, numbered 1 to 13, fronting onto Carncrows Street. The cottages are built of granite rubble. Each cottage is two storeys high and has two windows. They have slate roofs and sash windows, although the windows lack any glazing bars. Steps lead up to the first-floor doors. Some modern dormers have been added to the roofs. These cottages are notable as a group due to their collective architectural character and historic significance.
