Description

Elm Terrace is an early to mid-19th century stucco building located on North Street in St Austell. It is two storeys high and features three sash windows, lacking glazing bars. The central entrance has a panelled door topped with a plain rectangular fanlight, flanked by flat pilasters and sheltered by a porch supported by slender cast iron columns. The roof is slate. Elm Terrace, along with Nos. 1 to 5, forms a notable group.
