Description

No 5 Elm Terrace is an early to mid 19th-century building located on North Street in St Austell. The structure is finished in stucco and features pilasters. It stands two storeys high and has three sash windows with glazing bars, with a casement window in the center on the first floor. The central door is flanked by pilasters and topped with a cornice. The building also has moulded eaves and a slate roof. Nos 1 to 5 Elm Terrace are recognized as a group.
