Description

Bay View is a mid to late 19th-century house located on The Wharf in Mousehole. It is constructed of dressed granite and features a slurried slate roof with gable ends and wide eaves. The building has two storeys and a basement, with two sash windows that do not have glazing bars. There are external stone stairs leading to a central doorway, which is topped by a rectangular fanlight. Simple iron railings are present, along with a door to the basement underneath. Bay View is included for its group value, as it forms a group with Gwylan House and No 8 Wesley Square.
