Description

5A Victoria Place is a mid-19th century building that also includes No 1 Victoria Road. It is constructed of rubble with granite quoins and features two storeys plus an attic. The façade has three sash windows with glazing bars, and there is a central door with a plain rectangular fanlight, along with a modern door to the right. The building has overhanging eaves and a slurried slate roof. It is part of a group that includes Nos 5A and 16, as well as Rasmeor Flat.
