Description

Rasmeor Flat is a building from the 18th or 19th century located on the east side of Victoria Place. It is constructed of painted rubble with slate hanging above the ground floor. The building has three storeys and features two windows with sash frames that do not have glazing bars. The ground floor has a modern door and casements. The roof is slate, hipped, and topped with red ridge tiles. Rasmeor Flat is part of a group that includes Nos 5A and 16.
