Description

Rosedale is an 18th-century building located on Hellesvean Road. It features painted rubble with a rendered first floor and stands two storeys tall. The façade has three sash windows, some of which include glazing bars. There is a modern bay window on the ground floor to the left, and a central fielded-panel door that is partly glazed. The entrance is sheltered by a flat-roof porch supported by slender columns. To the right, there is a lean-to, and the building has a new tile roof. Rosedale is part of a group that includes Dr Stack's House, Corner Cottage, Penrose Cottage, and Treesdale.
