Stile and gate-piers. Circa 1840's. Shale rubble and dressed granite. Stile is semi-circular on plan with winder steps rising from either side of square-on-plan dressed granite gate-pier newel with low pitched pyramidal cap. Pier on opposite side of carriageway is similar.
