Description

Wooda Bridge is a bridge that spans the River Inny, likely built in the late 18th century or early 19th century, with some minor repairs made later. It is constructed from roughly coursed slate-stone rubble and features rounded granite coping. The bridge has a wide segmental arch that includes a projecting keystone and granite ashlar voussoirs that extend to the soffit. On each side, there are small segmental floodwater arches with projecting keystones, as well as rectangular corner piers. The bridge is supported by long abutments.
