Description

This is a late 18th-century building, originally comprising three storeys and seven windows. It is constructed of painted brick. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars. A 19th-century shop front is present, featuring a dentilled cornice. The entrance is marked by granite steps leading to panelled and glazed doors. An elliptical arched carriageway is located on the right side. Architectural details include a granite string course and a wooden eaves course. The roof is slate. The building is listed for group value, forming a group with Nos 1 and 1A Lostwithiel Street.
