Description

The Count House and Providence House is an early 19th-century building located in Carbis Bay, originally listed as Court House on St Ives Road. It features uncoursed masonry with granite quoins and lintels. The structure is two storeys high and has three windows, which are sashes with glazing bars. On the centre and right sides, there are partly slate-hung splayed bay windows, also with sashes and glazing bars. The building includes a granite porch with a slate roof and a wide doorway. The roof is made of slurried slate and has overhanging eaves.
