The parish boundary stone, located between the original Chacewater and Gwennap parishes, dates from the early 19th century. It is made of granite and is a monolith that has been roughly hewn. The stone is inscribed with the number 65. This boundary stone not only marks the parish boundary but also delineates the mineral rights of local landowners.
