Description
Hill Cottage is a late 18th-century cottage with a 17th-century core. It is constructed of rendered rubble with a pantile roof and has brick end and ridge stacks. The cottage has a double-depth plan and two storeys, originally featuring a three-window front. A former gable-end stack has been extended sideways to the left, and the front is slightly broken forward. A late 20th-century porch has been added, with a 10/10-pane sash window above it. The original right-hand side retains 6/6-pane sash windows in flush boxes. A 20th-century single-storey extension is visible at the right end. The interior has not been inspected.
