Description

No. 268 Stapleton Road is a house built in the late 18th century. It has a rendered exterior, interlocking clay tiles on the roof, and brick stacks at each end. The house features a double-depth plan and is two storeys high with a symmetrical front that includes a three-window range. The entrance has a six-panel door topped by a rectangular leaded overlight and is sheltered by a flat canopy supported by scrolled consoles with guttae. The windows are 8/12 pane sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
