Description
Manor House is a house built around 1830, featuring ashlar and rubble construction with hipped slate roofs. It has two storeys and three windows on the main facade, plus one in a set-back wing. The ground floor showcases two very deep sash windows in architraves, which flank a tetrastyle thin Greek Doric porch. The porch's entablature supports an arcaded balustrade. On the first floor, there are three sash windows in architraves with a linking impost band. The set-back wing to the left mirrors this design on the first floor and on its return, where a plain square corner pier supports the first floor above a plain recessed entry. The building features oversailing eaves with a boarded soffit and thin Venetian windows. The right return elevation includes a large inserted canted bay. The interior has not been inspected.
