Description
St Cuthberts is a house dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a double Roman and pantile roof behind a parapet. The building has two storeys and attics, with a tall parapet and two bays. It includes glazing bar sash windows and French windows on the ground floor. There is a plat band above the ground floor, a cill band at the first floor, and a moulded cornice above. A panelled door is located on the side elevation, topped by an overlight and sheltered by a flat stone hood supported by brackets. The property is enclosed by ashlar boundary walls that have capped gatepiers.
