Description

This is an irregular grouping of three houses situated on the west side of Warleigh Lane in Bathford. The core of the buildings dates to the mid-17th century, with alterations made in the mid-19th century and a restoration occurring around the 1970s. The construction is of rubble, topped with an artificial stone slate roof featuring coped raised verges. The houses are arranged as one storey and an attic, with modern gabled dormers.

The front facade has three bays. Casement windows are present with ovolo moulded mullions and drip moulds. A central modern door is set beneath an arched lintel, which is further emphasised by a flat stone hood supported by brackets. The south elevation features three 3-light mullion windows with 4-centred arched heads, likely dating to the 19th century. A projecting, gabled, two-storey porch/stair tower is also present on the south side. To the west, a two-storey wing, dating to the 19th century, is two windows wide.
