Description

Sunnyside is a detached cottage dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed from rubble with freestone quoins and dressings, topped by a stone slate roof featuring coped raised verges on moulded kneelers. The building has two storeys and consists of three bays. On the first floor, there are two three-light casement windows with ogee moulded mullions and surrounds, along with a central keyed oval window set in a square surround. The ground floor features a central 20th-century door and a gabled porch.
