Description

Firlands is a building dating from around 1840, located on Burgess Hill Road in Cuckfield Rural. It is two storeys high and features four windows. The exterior is stuccoed with a wide eaves cornice and has a modern slate roof. The glazing bars are intact. The building consists of a central portion with fringed eaves and lower flanking wings. There is a trellised wooden veranda that spans the entire width of the ground floor, supported by seven arches, with a pelmet above and a slate roof.
