Freechaise Farmhouse is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building. The ground floor is refaced with red brick, while the upper part is covered in weather-boarding. It features a gable at the east end and has a Horsham slab roof. The farmhouse has two storeys and includes two casement windows.
