Description

Old Stone House is a 17th century building constructed from tooled stone. It has two storeys and one gable. The right side of the building was refaced in the mid-19th century, featuring a plastered upper section with a fake timber frame and four-light wood mullioned bay windows. The left side retains its original bay windows across both storeys, which are seven-light stone-mullioned and transomed. The roof is covered with Horsham stone slabs, and the chimney stacks have been rebuilt. Old Stone House, along with Clarendon House and Nos 1 and 2, forms a group.
