Description

Naylands is a 16th century timber-framed building that has been significantly altered in the 19th century. It stands two storeys high and features three windows. The ground floor is faced with red brick, while the upper floor is tile-hung. The roof is made of Horsham slabs. The windows are casement style. A large crow-stepped red brick chimney breast is located on the west wall, with three stacks above it. It appears that the house was once much larger, as there are the ruins of another chimney breast made of red brick and ashlar detached from it to the southwest.
