Description

Nos 36 and 37 Cowdray Estate is a single building located on Worth Paddockhurst Road. The north-east cottage, No 37, dates from the 17th century or earlier and is a timber-framed structure that has been refaced in red brick with grey headers. The south-west cottage, No 36, is an 18th-century addition constructed from stone. The building features a half-hipped tiled roof and has casement windows. It is one storey high with an attic, containing two windows and one hipped dormer.
