Description
Blacksmiths Cottage and Old Place is a building dating from the 17th century or earlier. It was later refaced with red brick, featuring grey headers on the ground floor, while the first floor is clad with fishscale tiles. The roof is tiled and the windows are casement types. The building is two storeys high with an attic, and has four windows. A gabled dormer window is present in the roof. Blacksmiths Cottage now has a modern porch.
